Simon Jones M.Ed.
Simon has a solid background in teaching and coaching, with strong emphasis in team leadership. He is experienced in handling and motivating teams of teachers and coaches and in presenting to large audiences. He is also skilled in developing and implementing innovative policies and procedures.

Simon has managed a number of national activity programmes over several years for large corporations such as Nike, Ford and Sky. He also has experience of writing educational programmes, including lesson plans, for National Governing Bodies.

Sue Jones B.Ed (Hons). Dip.Ed
Sue is a current Executive Headteacher for two primary schools and has over 20 years' experience in various roles in this sector. OfSTED described her leadership as “very good”. She leads a number of networks of schools; leadership teams; and has steered her school to successful accreditation with Investors in People, International School Status and National Healthy Schools.

James Robert Smith FCCA
James handles the company finances and has an interest in sport and education. James qualified as an accountant in 1999 and has now over fifteen years' experience in small business accountancy. James is married with two children.
