Our aim is to provide high quality curriculum provision during PPA cover in primary schools. We purposefully do not take on more than 15 schools so we are able to provide a personal and committed service, where each school's individual needs are met.

We are a small and efficient company enabling us to be extremely flexible in our approach.

Simon Jones has completed and received a pass certificate in Children’s Workforce Development Councils' “Recruiting Safely.” All staff are therefore thoroughly vetted and trained in company policies and procedures before commencing work in schools.

We have extensive qualifications, training and over five years experience in creating, planning and delivering PE and Drama lessons in line with the National Curriculum in primary schools.

Our current customer base includes primary schools throughout the Bath and Bristol area. We carry out assessments of each child against national levels at the end of each six week unit of work and these are given to the class teacher.

We have also delivered INSET days for BANES and various schools to help both teachers and coaches develop their skills in delivering PE and Sport.

Ed Support Ltd operates in a unique manner compared with other providers because if a coach or teacher is unable to work on a particular day, Simon Jones, the Director of the company and an experienced teacher, will endeavour to cover.

We have written and supplied schools with our extensive PE Scheme of Work of over 50, six week units of work, which ensures structured and progressive learning. Example Units of Work can be provided on request.

With the same coach coming into the school every week and delivering all the sessions, continuity with both children and staff is ensured. Coaches are trained to become, in effect, members of the school staff in the way they integrate with children and staff.

All coaches are highly qualified, CRB enhanced and internally trained. Our staff are internally audited a minimum of three times every school term.

All coaches and teachers working for Ed Support Ltd are covered by our General (Public & Products) Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance policies for up to £5 Million.

All relevant documents regarding insurance and the company Certificate of Incorporation will be presented at the first meeting.
